Rut row stuck in a rut

OK I am guilty of this have been doing the same routine for way to long.  Didnt want to go up in weights … didnt want to mess with my groove was working why would i right.  Well ladies i know there is more women out there doing the same thing , eating half healthy and lifting daily cardiol  well its not top priortiy but it gets done lol.. Love the arc trainer now not running as much unless its outside then i lace up and hit the streets for a good 2 mile run and feel like my lungs are going to explode ,.. ok enough on that back to my point ok today i was doing shoulders and all week i have been uping my weight challenging myself well i thought i was anyways until a fella came up and asked if i tried a side row for lats, said what … and he said try this .,.. so normal for me i start with a low weight he said no you can do heavy trust me he says ….lol… hmm i trusted him and you know hurt but was a good hurt … so from there he started showing me other things and making me .. yes i said making me do the heavey weights i said im a girl he said toughin up lol so onto more things … he had me doing things i dont normally do on shoulders day and you know im going to be sore tomorrow .. which is fabby since its been a bit , guess when we get into a groove we dont want to move from it .. form was perfect weights were easy and now im moving up will see what happens in 4 weeks … will i cry oh im sure i will but will not stop so i guess that is what working out is .,. learning trying and really wanting that perfect from …So, tomorrow .. i will be working out with him again, legs omg… is all i can say will i be able to walk on sunday … oh … i guess i better cowgirl up….. or should i say fitnessgrl up … and say i am boss lol… well hope all of you get a little giggle out of my story and hope that you are not stuck in a rut row like i was … getting out and moving forward who knows may end up on that stage some day and say look at me now… i did it … struttin my .. cute ass … well take care and merry xmas… and no ninja im not a puffader,.. just said maybe and not which stage lol…

 

No power for a week….. sucks a@@

Wow in the dark, no power .. no life to the tellie no… heat… unless you had gas in your home, well then you were warm.  We had that lovely ice storm that came storming through Kansas guess mother nature was showing who was boss… I have never seen anything like it .. the trees were covered in ICE .. and they were breaking all over the place, sounded like gun shots going off, was amazing.  You never realize how lucky you are until you dont have the simple things that we are accustomed too.  Which is the simple power, lights… OMG .. to sit by candle light was something else, no internet … talk about withdrawls… lol.. and all the stuff in the fridge going to waste.  Sad to happen to many around the holidays… people just trying to survive, was awful…. took them 5 days to get the power back on … and you know .. its the best feeling in the world to have the simple things back, and the said truth is give it a few months and everyone will forget how hard it was and go back to be… selfish.

Well work outs are fabby realized i wasnt lifting heavey enough, who said you had to keep going up in weight who who … well guess someone did .. so now i am .. trying more weight and realizing i can actually do it, still dont have my routine back to the way it was to much going on and xmas around the corner .. just seems like things are on a slow…. for now.. eating ok, not the best hell its to much temptation around from my mom’s pumkin spice muffins to fricken chocolates hmmm how do you say no .. oh yeah the dimples on the ass would so do it .. thank heavens i dont have that … but still, back to hitting it hard and taking control of my diet .. come next week… no excuses .. just do it .. right ninja .. lol…oh wait thats real men .. wear the pants… and show the man tool lifting lol

Mia , i have been for a bit.. darn it … been going through the lovely .. D… and i dont mean diet.. SMilin.. all is great been working my ass off… moved out of utah and now in KS>>> talk about .. culture shock… city girl gone .. country yep… say yeee hawwww ummm think not..  I see that you all have been busy … heavens all the new vids and i havent had time yet to read the .. blogs but i so will.. heavens with xmas coming so soon seems like the year is almost up.   Will try and keep things posted ..

Well just a quick hi ya  miss ya all and will do my best to keep  you posted i know you are waiting for the funny stories and i so have them ..lol… omg and ninja have i dropped anything u betcha.. have a tripped u betcha.. best of all i used to different weights the other day for chest .. thought one arm was weak then looked and i had a 12 and a 15 lol… total goober moment…

Well, today was legs day again.  I know hitting them twice in a week since its my week spot, a girl has to have some sexy legs dontcha know… Although the part that sucks butt is… the more toned and shapely your legs get the tighter your pants get on them, but if you buy a bigger size then they dont fit your waist .. but if they are too tight then .. you feel like you cant move and .. i know fellas wanna see tight jeans on a womens butt….I cant speak for all women.. but for me its .. just .. not comfy… but anywho enough on tight jeans since ..

Worked my legs so hard .. felt like .. 10 tons bricks when i left the gym every step was  heavey and i stumbled when i stepped off the sidewalk.. would of thought i was drunk, guess when you are dealing with things in your life you try and take it out on the weights .. and i guess my body was fighting back.  Nah work out was great .. started with .. walking lunges then did .. back lunges with butt kickers.. then did jump squats .. with .. 10lbs…leg press… with .. 80lbs soon be at a hundred go me… then went off to do .. step ups .. and then side bridge with .. jump squats… dont ask .. just say ok, then .. wide stance squats .. then …. a new one with the ball on my tippie toes doing ball squats really forces you to use proper form and works your calves glutes .. more butt, i will so fell this work out tomorrow.. no cardio today back at that tomorrow… and the fat burners love them .. gives you enough energy to finish and enough energy to keep moving… well hope everyone has a happy halloween ..

Ninja… well its better than saying ok.. ninja eats everything … lol… and besides you work in a hospital.. and im sure you have smelled some nasty stuff, you know what im curious about why is it ok .. to tell a girl.. that her butt makes his penis rise.. tell me is this the new .. come on line.. that i have missed .. and was not introduced to.. well is not the best pick up line .. anywho have a great day .. take care ..

Yesterday was legs….. leggggsss leggggss have to do legs, dont wanna but did them… a few abbies as well with cardio was a great work out .. the fat burner im on, wow talk about energy out the ying yang…. until i sat down yesterday… then i was out like a lite… slept  for a few hours… goodnesss what a difference a nap makes… ok not to much going on.. still adjusting my diet.. well trying to figure out atleast.. protien this carb that .. fat .. no way .. sweets yes please but actually pass on them… whatever is in the burner makes you look at sweets and say mmm not today .. and coffee omg, dont even .. really want it think im drinking the cup in the am out of habit …. hmmmm well anywho hope you all are doing well and training hard .. and have a fabulous weekend…..

Breakfast at McDonald’s

This is a good story and is true, please read it all the waythrough
until the end! (After the story, there are some very interestingfacts!):

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completedmy
college degree.
The last class I had to take was Sociology.

The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that Iwish
every human being had been graced with.

Her last project of the term was called, “Smile.”

The class was asked to go out and smile at three people anddocument
their reactions.

I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and sayhello
anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of cake,
literally.

Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son,and
I went out to McDonald’s one crisp March morning.

It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.

We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of asudden
everyone around us began to back away, and then
even my husband did.

I did not move an inch… an overwhelming feeling of panic welledup
inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved.

As I turned around I smelled a horrible “dirty body” smell,and there
standing behind me were two poor homeless men.

As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was”smiling”.

His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God’s Light as he searchedfor
acceptance.

He said, “Good day” as he counted the few coins he had beenclutching.

The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend.I
realized the second man was mentally challenged and theblue-eyed
gentleman was his salvation.

I held my tears as I stood there with them.

The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted.

He said, “Coffee is all Miss” because that was all theycould afford.
(If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had tobuy< ?/x-tad-bigger>
something. He just wanted to be warm).

Then I really felt it - the compulsion was so great I almostreached
out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes.

That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set onme,
judging my every action.

I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give metwo
more breakfast meals on a separate tray.

I then walked a round the corner to the table that the men had chosenas
a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand onthe
blue-eyed gentleman’s cold hand.

He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, “Thankyou.”

I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, “I did not dothis for
you God is here working through me to give you hope.”

I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. WhenI
sat down my husband smiled at me and sa id, “That is why God gaveyou to
me, Honey, to give me hope.”

We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that onlybecause
of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give.

We are not church goers, but we are believers.

That day showed me the pure Light of God’s sweet love.

I returned to college, on the last evening of class, with this storyin
hand.

I turned in “my project” and the instructor read it.

Then she looked up at me and said, “Can I share this?”

I slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class.

She began to read and that is when I knew that we as human beingsand
being part of God share this need to heal people and to be healed.

In my own way I had touched the people at McDonald’s, my son,
instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on
the last night I spent as a col lege student.

I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:

UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who mayread
this and learn how to

LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS - NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE
PEOPLE.

There is an Angel sent to watch over you.

Ninja you are too funny…what all women think the world revolves around them.. dontcha know… Nahh have been busy, no play time .. lately still working out ,… hitting the weights.. finally have the second cut in my tri’s wooohooo go me… although hit a plateau darn it,…. so started a fat burner ,…. not so sure about but hey never know right .. does give me some .. fabulous energy without the .. jitters…

Went to the gym last nite .. since i worked early yesterday i so knew better but thought in and out and keep my eyes focused and not .. look around … when this guy in jeans.. was sitting on a bench (think he was going to do .. incline bench press) however got.. his eyes fixed on me and didnt move .. first i thought ok.. staring at me .. perhaps im doing something crazy so finished my set.. changed the cables to do my next set of 2 and he was still staring so … I had enough… nate and trevor saw him too, well i walked up to him and said that will be .. 5bucks… he said for what i said that show.. he laughed and pulled out his wallet… and then .. of all things to say…. as i was walking away… i couldnt help it you have a really nice form… heavens.. fellas if you have to stare do it .. then look away but dont .. keep staring lol.. Ok.. well i hope you all are doing well.. and training is going fabby, still need to catch up on blogs .. never know who ninja is .. attacking in the hospital.. or who body audi is ranting about this week…lol…

Has been crazy busy, no time to blog… So thought i would post a new pic not to much of a difference darn abbies .. just wont pop i tell ya.. So i know i know.. I know.. you cant have a crappie diet and expect them to be cut..lol..   Well to tell ya .. i made the easiest muffins .. omg they were so yummy .. Spice cake pumpkin muffins .. but instead of the oil and the eggs i used a diet coke and they were so yummy .. oh yeah forgot that i added protien powder to them so anywho… that was my cheat which was good but ..ate way to many now i dont want anymore darn it..

Working out like crazy .. some new stuff in my routine.. which is good think we get way to comfy doing the same ole same ole, time to change it up..yesterday was back and bi’s .. arms are feeling it today .. woohoo go me, love that feeling lets you know you pushed yourself just enough, then went to do cardio in the theater room and someone farted in there .. bad… stunk so bad so had to come out and walk on the treadmill .. watc hing all the people, now i know why people walk out there .. so you can see what people do .. and then giggle when some chick is doing a move all wrong or a guy is lifting way to much and his face is beat red and looks around hoping no one seen him.. struggle… Ok, did work out with Tony yesterday had a new move for the chest press machine, turn around backwards and .. lean in close to the bench so your nose is against it … and then push up… is harder than you think, he thought he could do .. 60lbs lol.. he thought wrong this really works your back and shoulders…GIVE IT a try you know you wanna .. come on just do it, then for bi’s sit on a seated bench using the cables and balance so you are using your legs abbies and then curl the bar to you… takes alot of work to keep yourself ..stable again he thought he could do 50’s lol.. more like 20 lmao

For ninja.. im still working hard, and lifting hard ok.. well im a girlie dont wanna be shehulk…lol.. did enjoy your blog, and body audi….. wow.. congrads on .. making the decision to compete in april.. you go… goodluck even…..

Ok all going to be a good day for football the cowboys play the pat’s hmmm go pat’s is what i say we will see put moss and TO together might be one hell of a game…ok time for me to get my butt movin..

WOW>>> new training today

Ok, im a creature of habit, i eat the same stuff i workout the same way .. i do the same routine .. i mix it up but really is the same .. until i have to change the order of it .. and you … i like that but, today .. same ole sat.. went in to do lats and shoulders right..well .. the golds here has new management … YEP again.. thats right again…Well he showed me this new balance .. thingie using the .. crap dont know the name of the two handle pull down thingie .. well anywho he showed me a new move.. which makes you use your whole body, so picture this you balance yourself on the bench.. lean back your butt out your abbies in(was kind of cute he asked if he could put his .. hands on my waist to help me .. i said hmm sure.. then he goes wow you are tiny .. ) .. and then bring the weight too you .. squeezing your shoulder blades if let the weight go to fast you will lose your balance … after the 5th rep you get pooped .. but its a great work out then you .. make it harder by balancing on one leg… same thing i tell you works the abbies the legs the shoulders the lats.. was great… but i tell you was hard.. to keep your balance .. slowly let the weight out .. and then back, WOW>>> and then .. do one arm row while kneeling on the ball.. um…. I couldnt do this one he was helping me .. and i fell over he fell down and the whole gym was laughing .. was too funny just goes to show you when you think you can do it all .. Someone comes and shows you something way crazy and you know what I LOVED IT>> the challenge .. of doing something besides .. lifting or pulling.   WOW>>> so loving the new training .. wow.. is all i can say… hope some of you try it .. really is hard and does make you sweat and concentrate.. on the muscles being worked… wonder what he will show me next time .. will keep you all posted still need to do cardio but that is later today… to much to do today, is rainy and the snow is coming and i so need to get caught up on … laundry… has been a crazy work week but glad to be back to training.. WOOOHOOOO>>>

Still trying to get caught  up on everyones blogs but i will, hope you all are having a great weekend and … are training hard and so on, and i didnt spill anything today .. although .. did fall .. to funny

Blaming Ninja.. YEP YEP >>>>>>

I was doing SOOOO well didnt spill or trip or fall or drop anything, and then omg, when it rains in my house it fricken pours… woke up in the middle of the nite because my dog heard a noise i stumbled down the stairs.. and when i say i stumbled went down on my butt thank goodness its soft carpet .. but was wide awake after that… well the noise was a tree outside, ole man winter is trying to sneak his lovely head into UTAH and way to early if i might add, last monday we even had snow in the valley.. UGGG>>> SNOW already dont get me wrong so want it, ready to ski, but not ready to wear all the clothes to stay warm… lol  So all week ninja has been jinxing me, yep thats right jinxing me, and today i guess it worked .. bumped my knee on the kitchen chair getting my  moring coffee and guess what yep i spilled it all over the floor have a bruise on my knee and then no creamer… ugggg what a morning lol… hope it stops there .. ninja will get you… lol

Went back to training yesterday was great .. i think our bodies need that time off to just say wow, what are you doing and why did you do that and .. whew.. no pushing it to work harder eat more .. so on, well didnt know you would lose muscle from not working out for a week but its ok, will gain it back and fast well i hope .. another 8 weeks of working hard.. started with cardio yesterday since that was one thing i was getting so flustered with, and you know i actually enjoyed it the running for 2 minutes walking for 15 back to 2 and so on.. then backwards for 7 minutes was great, then on to bi’s and back, omg felt like i started lifting for the first time, but before to long i was actually lifting heavier.. was so proud of myself… **Flexing*** go me..  did some new things yesterday.  Was work out with trainer day so she had me doing alot of core training with bi’s and back,

cables squat down facing the machine started at 25 and bring the cables back to sqeeze the back.. was hard… but light at 25.. but she was mean and kept moving the weights up…lol 

one arm bicep curls.. ugg you can so cheat on this one by bringing the your arm forward, but then she had me on one leg .. ugg core .. was hard, or im a big baby.. then onto laying on an incline bench doing bicep curls backwards.. letting gravity take the weights and trust me hard to bring the weights down slow and then back up without wanting ..to use your legs for help… So i guess what im saying Im a weenie… and to lift my arms today well lets say thank god for a sports bra no buttons slip it on over my hips and walla…

Thanks everyone for reading my blogs and if you want a funny blog about sex read phillyj’s blog… i dont know about you but .. 150 sounds alot better than 75 and just think we work out .. 5 or 6 days a week why not use sex as cardio and burn those extra calories mmm that could be a .. snickers … lol.. hope you laughed .. have a great day

No working out .. i cheated

Ok, so i sayed i wasnt going to lift weights and i havent have been good on that end, But.. the cardio ummm not so much lol… as.. body wrote in a blog .. addiction.. the first step is admitting it.. WELL I CC AM AN ADDICT TO WORKOUT … aww feel better… Well last couple of days have been feeling icky thought it was .. the withdrawl from the no working out .. was a tummy bug going around and trust me kicks your butt, had sushi the other nite.. and lets say… was not a pretty thing.. anywho… went to bed around .. 11 after watching a stupid movie called knocked up, im not a big fan of the stupid humour movies… larry the cable guy with all his fart jokes.. hmm is all i can say, i know ninja is going to comment on that one .. lol.. but the movie was dumb… anywho… at 2am the sercurity alarm went off.. dog went crazy… trying to stumble down the stairs scared to death heart beating like no other… omg, tried to shut if off wouldnt so .. adp calls and asks if everything is ok, i said no the alarm wont shut off they said well is someone breaking in … I said no unless its the dog.. ugggg .. well they shut the alarm off thought everything was fine.. then a big bang bang bang on the door… WJ>> PD>> are you ok, omg.. here i am in my jammies which is not much but a tankie and bootie shorts.. scared to death.. as it was, didnt grab a robe, to answer the door, yelled back .. can i see your badge lol.. through the winda he shows me, opened the door and said it was a false alarm .. think he was looking at my tata’s and my half nakie ass, had to fill out some papers… UGGG what a moring huh, well ninja didnt spill anything but had one hell of a day,after all that i went back to bed but tummy woke me up at … 5 dont ask just know it was not pretty … and so i was up for the rest of the day, went to get my oil changed on my car.. and the damn PSI light came on telling me one of the tires was low… omg, should of stayed in fricken bed, pulled the covers over my head and said .. to hell with it.. ok.. enough on all that… havent did any cardio today dont think i wanna but will be in bed early i know that and lets hope the alarm doesnt go off from the ghost that was setting it off last nite lol..i know some of you are laughing but was so not funny … back to the gym tomorrow.. so ready for it cant wait….. was a long .. few days .. hope you all have a great day ,… just wanted to share some silliness..
