Today is Day #5 hitting it hard at the gym. My whole body hurts. I have to do this cost benefit analysis at work on whether to go to the bathroom or not. (up/down stairs) I just decided not to drink water today.
I hurt so bad I can't lift a spoon to my mouth. My range of motion is nonexistent and my arms just shake....it's pathetic. Makes me feel good though like I actually accomplished something. Vacation in April. I'm going to be smoking hot! Yay!
