Day 12- Rest Day :)
So normally I wouldn’t be happy about taking a Rest Day. (Especially since this will be the third this week!) But today will be an exception. My muscles are SO sore it is unbelievable! All my parts hurt like knowbody’s business! It’s pretty awesome. I tried to do some cardio on the Spin bike, but it’s just too much. I’m just going to let my muscles recoup. I’ll do some light stretching though.
*Side Note: I went to pull on a pair of my skinny goal jeans (Rock and Republic size 0/25) and they came up really far! Once I drop the last 10lbs I’ll be set! Yes!!!
