So I need to buckle down and get serious about getting in shape…vacation is 6 weeks away!!! I cleaned up my diet 2 days ago and I dropped about 4.5lbs. (Mostly water retention/bloat from all that crap I was eating!) Let the pain begin!!!

So progress is slow, but I’m getting there. Today I went to shopping and bought a few more pairs of jeans and…dum.dum.dum… I had to size down! Yeah! Still need to drop some more poundage but yipee!!! LOVE treating myself to some Rocks!!!

So I had to change my vacation from July to October because of work. No biggie…at least it gives me more time to get in shape. So I’ve got 83 days…

Workout- 21.5 minutes jogging-morning (2.36 miles)

Nutrition- 1533 (153.5g/114.2g/51.7g) (39%/30%/31%)

Calorie Balance- 1533 (consumed) - 2823 (burned) = 1290 deficit

So I found this site where I can submit a picture and the people there will shave off X number of pounds to show you what you would look like thinner. What a trip! I used a picture of myself at aprox. 122-125lbs and told them to take off 15lbs. I definatly like it!!! It’s my official goal picture!!!

So I started taking a number of Muscle Tech products now and WOW! They actually task pretty good. I’m REALLY suprised! I still need to get over the metall hurdle that they are supplements and should taste like poo. But hey I’m really happy with them. The Hydroxycut Hardcore lit a fire under my bum and I have soo much energy that I finally tackled cleaning/organizing the bathroom. Not bad! That was worth the cost of the bottle alone! Yipee!

ETA 163 Days…

After going to the gym for the last few weeks I have come to a few realizations… 1.) Nobody looks good in a leotard. 2.) People with BF higher than 15% should NOT wear clothing with the logos Tapout, BB.com, United States Olympic Athlete, etc.  3.) A majority of yogies need to be vegetarians because otherwise they would be 200lbs.+ (who goes to the gym in flip flops!)

So today I tried quinoa for the first time. (ONLY complete vegetarian source of protein) I’ve been putting it off because it looks so much like the dreaded couscous. Anyway, it was in a Southwestern style dish with black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, cumin, etc. All I’ve got to say is…Whoa! It was freaking awesome! I got the stuff at the Whole Foods deli for $8.99lb. I looked over the ingredients list and I’m going to make it. It’s REALLY easy! Use cooked quinoa, 1 can of Kuners black beans in chili sauce and cumin, and a can of Kuners Southwest style corn.. Mix together over the stove and simmer until the sauce reduces down. Freaking awesome! Yipee!!!

ETA 170 Days…

Holy Cow Batman!!! I was at the gym today and in one of the studios was a guy jumping rope. I had evey intention to do the same until I saw him! Not only was he going SUPER fast but he kept changing up his foot work without missing a beat. (+he was doing it for 20+ minutes! Whew!) Let’s just say I was intimidated…maybe next time. So instead I did squats, lunges, etc.
