school is hard, lik ma abs haha lol. Im getting a better chest nd arms. Now I have nice bas but im ocd’ on acchieving more, perfection is a goal lol. I need to get fat off my midsection nd build up my upper abs between ma belly button nd ribs. any help or advice is appreciated. I do it natural nd use when whey when i need a boost, nitrotech i think.

school is starting. that took me by surprise, shit. but my abs are tighter nd harder from crunches on the ball nd leg lifts, patirals, and statics. recently in an old muscle nd fitness
I found the abb popping routine. sounds good, mostly leg lifts/raises and high intensity twists mixed with side 2 sidesitups/crunches.
a 6 pack is real hard, hope itll come with age nd time.
yea my friends r goin 2 diff schools now, so Im gonna compensate by getting a girlfriend. Yea I dont hav much luck in the field of love though lol.

mi stomach cant get any leaner…at this point. so im gonna use the weight’d ab machine nd try 2 build soo much muscle on my midsection that the 6 pack may bulge out lik a bodybuilder.if that dont show resluts ill go back 2 lean abs. i dont have a problem getting mi arms bigger so im just gonna start hopping up weight to increase mi bicept tricept nd chest of course. if any1 has advice or anything tell me plse

Rite now Im trying 2 gain a bigger chest nd lose more belly nd oblique fat 2b leaner.
situps nd cardio help with diet of course but it aint workin "like a charm". idk wht else i can do . mi chest needs 2b tighter. Im very bored nd tired right now.i want a six pack but when the unattainable looks in reach it slips…dammnit.
