Working out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Doing cardio five days a week for 30 minutes or more each session. And I’ve been counting calories courtesy of my-calorie-counter.com.
As I’m trying to beat down a thickening middle or Dunlop (”Done lapped over my belt”) abs, I’m logging onto the top URL recently. Also doing regular cardio (well, if you can count yesterday and the day before as regular).
