MuscleTech/BodySpace Contest Essay
My initial order by way of meeting the requirements for contest entry was a bottle of four-dollah Hydrazide, but I never even opened it opting instead to place another order through Bodybuilding.com for MuscleTech’s Chocolate and their Cookies & Cream. I definitely enjoyed Nitro-Tech Hardcore during the contest.
Why no Hydrazide? I never dropped enough weight for that product to make any difference, in my opinion. Two years ago I dropped to a buck fifty and looked like a stick. This contest I chose to maintain a regular workout schedule and I also started a new eating plan fashioned by BodySpacer Wavelength.
MuscleTech worked perfectly with Wavelength’s diet. I consume one solid food meal per day and then sip protein shakes throughout the rest of the day. Just 100 grams total for the shakes, but the Nitro-Tech really made that a pleasure. Very filling and great tasting!
I worked a three-day per week workout routine using a pyramid execution for most exercises. That’s a great time saver and worked well with my busy work schedule. This summer I plan on returning to a Jay Cutler routine that I first saw in a MuscleTech kit.
Working out is a lifestyle that I really enjoy. I may never look like Mr. Olympia, but I take pride in the fact that I’m still hitting the gym seriously more than thirty years after picking up my first barbell. MuscleTech wasn’t around back then, but I’m glad they’re here now supporting my favorite sport.
