Entered the MuscleTech/BodySpace contest and have lost a grand total of zip. I’m on a mild cut, so it’s not a big deal to me and there’s no way I wanted to do another severe cut as the one I did on my 45th birthday when I dropped to a buck fifty. I’m at 185 lbs. now and was, duh, 188 at the beginning of the contest.
