It’s on like a thong!

Uh… okay, I have no idea where that came from.

But I do know where my NitroTech came from - the local GNC and their BOGO (half price) deal. Same price as BB.com and no waiting! Sorry, guys. I feel guilty. :(

The instant gratification overwhelmed me, yo.

So, I have my Hydrazide purchased courtesy of BB.com and now some protein powder as well.

Was REALLY worried about purchasing their protein. The last time I bought NitroTech I thought it tasted awful. Forget what flavor I had as it’s literally been years. Opened the chocolate (check that seal in the pic above) and it’s bangin. Also purchased cookies and cream. Should be into that tub in about ten days.

I’m on a four shakes per day diet (and one real meal). Also have a cheat DAY each week.

Okay, I’m an admitted BodySpace geek. I have all the sections of my profile filled out completely. Although I don’t use the workout tracker I do keep a journal and I’m on their top blogs as far as size goes (yeah, blabbermouth or longwinded yadayada).

Anyway, New BodyAnswers were applied. Instead of 56 questions there are now 67. Suh-WEET!

Over 10,000 Athletes Competing in SportsFest

Promoter and Master of Ceremonies will be Legendary Bodybuilder Bill Grant, Mr. America and Mr. World. Bill Grant appeared in the new release of “Pumping Iron” starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and has also been featured in numerous movies, television shows and commercials.

Looking for some excitement on Saturday, July 18, 2009 then don’t miss this outdoor event. The 4th Annual Bill Grant Bodybuilding & Figure Classic will be staged outdoors to re-create the spirit of “old school” bodybuilding from the great days of Muscle Beach in Venice, California.  

Admission is FREE for all spectators. This event is part of the annual Lehigh Valley SportsFest, a 4-day total sports festival that draws more than 10,000 athletes, 150,000 spectators and includes over 40 athletic events. BE A PART OF IT!

In an effort to provide our athletes and sponsors with maximum publicity and exposure, The Bill Grant Classic national media coverage now includes Ironman, FLEX, MuscleMag, Muscular Development and Bodybuilding.com. We look forward to having you join us in our most successful event yet!

This event will be held at Cedar Beach Park, S. Ott Street at Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania.  Registration will begin at 10:00 am, with prejudging starting at 1:00pm and Finals will begin 1 hour after prejudging. My favorite Animal product has to be Animal Pak   because it’s the basic building block for better bodybuilding.
