Okay, people… a Turkey Day challenge!
sensiD has posted a blog to challenge us to some exercise on Thanksgiving Day!
Oh, evil copy-catter that I am, I’m going to echo his challenge. Sounds like fun! :)
My challenge to anyone who will take me up on it is to do, on Thanksgiving Day, the following routine:
200 jumping jacks
150 pushups
200 crunches
100 bodyweight squats
50 toe raises
Post a reply here with your numbers if you make the attempt! sensiD egged people on with “Drive me into the ground folks!” But I’m not looking to get buried, so I’ll just wish you all a safe, happy, FILLING, yet healthy holiday season!
I’m going to complete those numbers in several sets!

I don’t know if I can do your routine but I have signed up for a 5 mile Turkey Trot Thanksgiving morning. The thinking goes if I run the 5 miles I can eat a little extra at the dinner table. I also managed to get my sister-in law to run it with me. Maybe I’ll add some of your exercises to round out the day. Enjoy your Thanksgiving.
