This Figure athlete competed at yesterday’s (April 26) OCB Eastern Regionals. The emcee reported her age as being 62. That’s SIXTY-TWO.

For real?! Looks more like 32!! Wow, now THAT’S amazing…
What was tragically amazing was that there was a shark attack in my area this weekend, and the victim was a 66-year old triathlete. 66!! If that’s not motivation (as is above), I don’t know what is!

I have found SO many people on this site who have made it possible for me to think that age can NEVER be an excuse for being in poor shape! :P All right - time for me to get a move on! If someone who is more than double my age can look like that, I have noooooo reason to be lazy! :D
