Gaspari Nutrition
I’m banking on it being Christmas this week. Hopefully tomorrow! Gaspari Nutrition is sending me a box of supplements for being the somethingsomethingest product reviewer. Not sure if it was baldest or most in need of muscle, but I apparently did something right and the goods are on their way.
Here’s a link to my Gaspari SuperPump250 journal. It hasn’t been updated in nearly a month as I’ve been (insert sound of babies crying here) suffering from the cold-flu-”Am I dead or what?” sickness thing. And then, having recovered from the aforementioned plague, I enthusiastically rushed back into the gym and pulled whatever section of my back is responsible for dumbbell rows. Oh, yes.
Regardless of my recent pathetic whining, Gaspari’s SuperPump250 paved the way for a 30-pound leap in my bench, close-grips, and squat. And (though my percent bodyfat has also taken a leap) my arms are finally 15″ - a number I’ve held in awe since I was a 7th grader and the best arm wrestler in the school said there was this legendary kid who had 15-inch arms. Kinda like a Paul Bunyan in junior high lore.
Okay, okay, okay! My RIGHT arm is fifteen inches while my LEFT arm is, to be honest, only 14 99/100″ It’s driving me nuts. How can the tape measure DENY ME!!!?!?
Ahem.

Pixi, the coldfluplague was a wrench and now the back is another wrench, but I’ll be rested and repaired ASAP and back in the gym. A few days of rest can’t hurt.
Al, the old Batman shows were the "Bif, Pow, Bam!" :) I printed off the entire SMART course and was looking it over today.
James, running with a weighted vest is NOT on my agenda, but I’ll split a pizza with you. Ah’m BULKING!!! :D
And I’m not looking for a "sick and dieing" version 2.0. :D Thanks for the invite, though!
