i had phil heath pegged to win the whole show, cause know one has his astetic,symetry,and last night his conditioning was above anyone elses. the size he puton has stuck to him and he is stilll ripped to the bone. if he comes in any harder at the arnold and wins that there could be an upset at the olympia but i think he will need another 10-20 pounds of muscle to pull that off we will just have to see.

He really did a great job. Hany’s his trainer? I just read that Heath was only 90% and is actually peaking for the Arnold. THAT was 90%??? Fantastic.
Moe El Moussawi was in better condition, honestly, but Phil’s outsized him and those guns, good lord. Heath has amazing arms.
Heath is going to crush at the Arnold. Dexter has his hands full.
The Olympia? Jay better live up to his "Cuts" nickname and maintain his size advantage over Heath, definitey, but I don’t think Jay’s too worried yet.
