Workout Tracker Tutorial Attempt
Have you tried the Workout Tracker and it’s not going so well? Maybe I can make things, uh, worse. I mean BETTER! Yes, I say attempt in my Subject line because, hey, this might not work at all. Here goes…

That was actually a pretty good attempt, though the graphic skills are a tad weak curt :P
I just wish there was a way to add in my cardiovascular work. Heck, there may be, but I am just not seeing it.

I thought the same thing - that perhaps I wasn’t seeing where to add the cardio work, treadmill, etc.
What I did was simply include that info in my Notes section at the beginning. I use the blank template, though. I’ll have to take a closer look to see how to create those.
heh :) Yeah, the graphic skillz were put on the back burner as I speeded through that whole tutorial in a functional effort rather than one of beauty and eye dazzling brilliance. :D
