The 240 or Bust “Bigal33 iz gunna loooz!” megaproteincalorie drink!
2 cups whole milk - 300 calories, 16g protein
2 Tbs Jif peanut butter - 190 calories, 7g protein
3 large eggs - 225 calories, 21g protein
3 scoops BSN True Mass (Yeeeah, Buddy!) - 630 calories, 46g protein
Totals 1345 calories and 90 grams of protein. And, no, I don’t wanna hear how you can only digest so much protein in a certain period of time. NO! Ignorance is bliss and those calories are going to kickstart The Diesel Machine That Will Be curt_james!
Or, hey, I’ll be that much more cuddly come December. ;)
Blending next…
Man! That was sweet. The True Mass had some True Cling to the sides of the pitcher, but scraping it away was a snap with a small kitchen knife.
Tastes great, too. And, bonus, I added just the right amount of ingredients so it didn’t splash all over the top of the blender or overflow. I remember as a teenager trying to squeeze too much in the pitcher and having it froth over. Washed out the remaining mixed drink with water and a teaspoon of glutamine and another teaspoon of creatine. Hey, why not?
10 p.m. and feeling full!

I guess your struggle to gain is as hard as my struggle to loose. I do not consume much more than your drinks calories per day. I eat 6 small portions of protiens with a little carbs and nearly zero fat per day. Good luck with your gains.

I was on 1500 calories per day for ten weeks to drop my gut - 37" on an otherwise skinny frame. The low cals and cardio did the trick for me, but I don’t want to be a stick either. I stripped the waist down to 32" or a hair under, but a 13-inch neck doesn’t look very He-Man of the Universe-ish.
In all seriousness, I’ve read that it’s just as difficult for a skinny guy to gain weight as it is for a heavier guy to cut the weight.
Thanks for the good luck, Diceman! Wishing you success in your goals, too!
