154
Did a juice fast yesterday and a modified juice fast today trying to get back to 151 pounds after my weekend feeding frenzy. Was hoping for 149 tomorrow, holding that for a week or two and then joyfully heading into a healthy bulking phase. Can you say bodyauditor?
Anyway, I don’t see it happening. I’m setting my alarm for around 4 a.m. and then I’ll debate whether I want to do 4:30 a.m. cardio in an effort to sweat down to 149. But at 154 now, I don’t see sweating much away in the next few hours. I’m wearing two sweatshirts, one with a hood, a pair of sweat pants, and socks. Going to crawl under the blankets momentarily, but is hitting 149 really worth the effort? BAH! Guess I’m tiring of the low calories. It’s been 10 weeks. Can you imagine what 17 and 20 weeks of dieting must be like?
Nooooooooooooooooooooo!

Try a glad trash bag shirt under the sweatshirt big 154 Curt! That’s the quickest way to sweat away pounds….a trick I learned from my high school wrestling coach.

Hmm. Okay, dammit. I actually have already been getting up early on Wednesday weigh-in mornings to spit as I remember wrestlers doing that. I wrestled in my senior year only. No experience. No "skillz" whatsoever. A six-footer wrestling in the tough 155-pound class. I never cut weight. Just went in and got beat up. An 0 and 3 record and I folded.
Another crappy wrestler (but one who didn’t quit the team) told me that I should have stuck it out. I remember laughing when he said they eventually wrestled some really bad teams. HA! I guess I would have been proud to pin a weakling, though. ;)
(reaches for glad trash bag)
Thanks for the tip, Scott!
