I will be doing a new log other than the one I’m doing now for DS transformations. I will be doing a Carnage log for Millennium Sports w/Rok and Basic Cuts. I hope to see some really great results with this stack. A fat burner, muscle ‘enhancer’ and a stim. I will also be getting a new diet and workout routine from Chuck, this will help a ton with losing body fat and gaining muscle. My workouts will be posted on my current logs.
So wish me luck and see you soon. Thanks for stopping by

Ok so the leg day the other day was great!! But I have to say that the weights were incorrect, I did 120# (2 45’s w/sled) for 10 reps then 210# 10 reps then 300# 10 reps then 370# 10 reps w/a little bit of assistants from bode but he didn’t tought the sled until I was on my last one and I couldn’t push it all the way up to lock the sled. So I did 4 sets all by myself!!!!!! I’m stoked about that, so the next leg day I did the same thing but bode wasn’t there to assist me, I did those on my own!!!! So I think I can up the last set to 400# w/a little bit of assistance. We’ll just have to see bout that.
I am waiting on my supps from DS, I purchased the Basic Cuts sup so I can start the transformation log. I hope to get it Tues @ the latest. Then I’m thinking I’m going to take Ragnarok. Have been following the log by srombado and I have been seeing great results on him that I think will be very helpful w/my transformation. I have been seeing the weight go down, which I’m not too worried about how much I weigh, but on the other hand I’m really excited about seeing it going down. So by the end of my transformation log I want to be down to 150#. I weighed myself yesterday and I was @ 162.3, so I think in 2 months getting down to 150# will be a good goal. I don’t know what my body fat is right now but in due time. And I definately want that down. So I’m hoping that the Basic Cut and Rok will not only help beat Twin Peak & Robboe but I can go to my 10 year class reunion in June and look smokin’!!

So yesterday was a kick ass day for me it was legs. I love to do legs, it helps when bodebldr2000 is spotting me so I can push it to the max, and he definitely helped on that. Thanks bode. I’m usually pushing about 90-120# on the leg press cuz I’m thinkin’ that I won’t be able to push it by myself. Well I pushed that over the edge to 290# 10 reps, he kept pushin’ me ‘4 more Kitt 4 more!!’ Yah it felt really good. Although I’m feelin’ it today but I love that feeling. Today I had arm day, I kind of took that easy since almost everything I did involved rotating my shoulder, (left one is messed up). But, it felt good anyway. I had also done 4 sets of 25 sit ups. I did 4 sets of 15 leg raises yesterday for abs as well.
Things are lookin’ bright and cheery although weather was kinda cold and dreery today, which its the end of the year it should be cold. I have a new goal. I want to look slim & tone by June it’s our 10 year class reuniun next, or should I say this year. So that will be my new goal and motivation plus the total transformation log that start tomorrow that we’re all waiting for. I won’t start it until I get my supps and I won’t get those until I see if I even qualify for the log, I will know tomorrow.
Anyway, who ever is reading my log I wish them and there’s a very Happy New Year and be extra careful when your out tonight the coppers are out thick and they’ll have check points everywhere. Until next year….

I have go to say today was one of the best workouts I’ve had in a loooong time. I took a scoop of protein powder in 6 oz of water, 2 Thermoloids, 1 P-K and my multi-vitamin then out the door to the gym @ 3:45am. So I did 30 minutes of cardio, usually I’m bored by 30 min on the same machine but took a good mag (gossip) and pushed past my boredom. After the cardio on the treadclimber (awesome machine) I hit the weights. I don’t have a specific body part that I work one necessarily, it’s upper body one day with abs and then lower body the next day w/abs. I workout 4-5 days a week with cardio every morning.
I will have to say that I haven’t been in the gym for about 3 weeks though. Week of the 4th was sick, week of 11th was in Cozumel, and week of the 18th I was trying to come back to reality
. So my first day back to the weights officially was the 27th, lower bod w/abs. I am a little sore in the back but other than that everything seems to be just fine, guess I’ll need to up the reps I guess. I figured I was going to be more sore than this after 3 weeks of slackin’ but NOPE. I love that feeling, muscle soreness makes me feel like I’m actually working something, although I know I am anyway.
So back to my workout today. I did my usual workout routine, nothing special.
- Standing bicep curls from the side 20# 12 3 sets (reps up)
- Standing bent bar cable flys 30# 15 3 sets (reps up)
- Cable rope pull downs 50# 10 3 sets (# up by 10)
- Cable pushdowns with straight bar 60# 10 3 sets (# up by 20)
- Dip machine 120# 12 3 sets (reps up)
- Bi-cep curl w/v-bar 40# 10 3 sets (same)
- Bicep curls w/dumbell then twist outwards @ L-shape 15# 10 3 sets (# up by 3 fatigued @ the end of 3rd set)
So pretty much everything today was upped either weight wise or reps BONUS!! I had srombado in my head. I have been keeping up on his log for Rok and it is very inspiring and motivating to say the least!! I could almost hear him yelling @ me telling me to PUSH PUSH!! So I pushed my muscles to fatigue and my brain was pumpin’. I love that feeling, pushing past the hump of ‘oh man, I need to quit it hurts too much!!’ I love it!! I’m sure tomorrow I’ll be feelin’ it but, it feels great to know I actually accomplished something to fatigue.
Oh, I have one more thing. I have a toe ring on my right foot, toe next to my big toe. I have been playin’ around with it tryin’ to see if I can get it past the knuckle, well boys and girls I’ve got news for you, it actually passed on ‘through to the other side’ (singin’). I am totally psyched this is a sign that something big is happening and it’s going to continue dang it!!
Well that’s all for me today, until, well probably the new year. We’ll see you on the flip side.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT

I have pool league on Wednesday nights. I usually don’t get home until about 11 or so so Thursdays are an off day for me unless I get home early. Well, needless to say I didn’t get home til…11! So I didn’t get to the gym this morning but I made it yesterday. It’s a start back I guess. I have been asking around to the locals on bb.com for some help on some supps for the transformation of the new year that I will be doing so if anyone that reads this has any good ideas for me. I want to lose body fat (of course) and build muscle (not like outragous) just toned. Before I went to Cozumel I was going to the gym religously (I was doing a log for Fusions Purple K) which helped the motivation factor alot. So I think this new log will help fo sho in that department, for 2 months this will be great!!
I have tons of support @ home and on bb.com, I have found some new found friends that have totally been my rock and of course my friends samoangirl and bodebldr2000 that I wouldn’t be here if they hadn’t turned me.
I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and Good luck on all the new resolutions, don’t give up and it’s never too early to start.

I know I bounce like a bouncy ball…tryin to find a transformation log so I can get my motivation back up. Got to the gym this morning and worked pretty good not like I usually do, I was kinda tired but I’m getting there. I got about 1/2 hour of cardio in so that was a bonus lol. I like to do that before my workout cuz I feel tired by the time I get done and don’t do as much cardio as I’d like to. I’m taking Thermoloid, P-k and a multi right now. I’ve fallen in love w/this stack and P-K has been good to me too, quick recovery. When I figure out which transformation I want to enter into I will change this up, maybe stick with P-K if I can, no tellin’ at this time.

So today is the day I was suppose to get to the gym. We had alot of food last night and lots of people over for cards. I didn’t get to bed until oooohhh 1am!! So if I would’ve been able to get to the gym I would’ve only had about 2 1/2 hrs of sleep, not enough!! So tomorrow will have to be my first day back at it after 2 weeks since I didn’t go to the gym in Mexico and the week before that I was sick. Bodebldr2000 is a great friend of mine and has been hounding me to get back to the gym, so tomorrow, my dear friend, tomorrow. I will be doing the log on DS supps starting the first of the year. It is an 8 week transformation log. I’m doing a bit of research on their products and will post the supps that I use on my log and in here. Hope to see all ya’ll there on my new log and have a Happy New Year.
