Ok after some time off of the gym and supplements due to money hardships, I had to start thinking about what I actually wanted and how soon I wanted it. B4 I was trying tp go at it like a solid bodybuilder. Meaning all the suppliments and gym twice a day. It turned into a chore and put me in deep debt. I now have my money situation figured out, and for now I am going to just stick to a balanced diet w/ Protien, and excersice three-four times a week. Just until I can get back on track. Currently I am still in the Cutting phase. I will post a progress pick later today and also my body stats.

My exercising is coming along fine. Nothing much to say there. I am still trying to figure out the diet and supplement routine though.
I think I am going to slow down a bit. I have about a week to two weeks left of my current supplements. After that I think I am going to just be taking the Animal paks, Hydroxycut, and Aplodan. I also am going to start bulking about that time. Adding cheese to my morning eggs and having a Peanut Butter and Honey sandwich mid-day. Let ya know how it goes. Later.

Well, after some money issues and working a crap load of OT at work, I am now getting back on track. I did post a progress pic but as you can tell there has not been much change. I joined up with a few guys at the gym and am going to start doing some hardcore training with them at least three days out of the week. I just had my first session with them yesterday. Most of what they did I had already been doing, but it helped to have someone there pushing me to do that extra rep. Also, I did my first set of Drop Sets. (OMG) #$%# that hurt. I am not as sore as I thought I would be today though. That could also be due to my new Diet. I will post this soon. I will also be posting my stats in the next couple days to. Things are looking good. All I have to do is press-on.

I couldn’t see it by just looking in a mirror, but when I posted my monthly progress I could definitely see the difference between the pictures. I have been struggling to keep training. Sticking to the diet and working my gym training around two jobs and housework is starting to get burdensome, but when I saw the difference I have made it renewed my motivation. I also hadn’t been sticking to my cardio, but have started picking that up. I have a lot of work to do there. I plan to run at a 1 mile in 10min pace and work my way up to a solid 30 min run. Right now I can only do 6:00 solid at that pace.

Here’s the deal. I want to get in shape. Currently I wear a size 38 and I weigh 215 lbs. I have tried exercising in the past and found that I stuck to it when someone was holding me accountable. My goals are to get down to a size 34 in pants, and increase my overall muscle mass while only losing 15 lbs. Also, I would like to be able to run 3 miles in under 30 min. All help and support will be appreciated. Thanks
