Still working on Diet
My exercising is coming along fine. Nothing much to say there. I am still trying to figure out the diet and supplement routine though.
I think I am going to slow down a bit. I have about a week to two weeks left of my current supplements. After that I think I am going to just be taking the Animal paks, Hydroxycut, and Aplodan. I also am going to start bulking about that time. Adding cheese to my morning eggs and having a Peanut Butter and Honey sandwich mid-day. Let ya know how it goes. Later.
