Changes to Diet
Transfered Slimfast to right before bed. (Using it to slow the breakdown of the protien rather than the Peanut Butter.
No longer taking the Creatine. Taking a break from it.
Changing from Hot Rox to Hydoxycut Hardcore.
Removed 1 serv of Whey and and added 1 serv of Casein to Morning shake.
Dropped down to strictly 1 Animal Pak a day.
I Am now eating the protien bar mid-workout right before Cardio.
Last, Afternoon shake for non-Workout days contains 2 serv of Whey.
