My Daily Diet Routine:

Workout Days:
7:30        - Protien Shake
 (2 serv. of Whey protien w/ 1 serv. of Slimfast Mixed in 16oz of skim milk)
9:00        - Hot Rox (Diet Pill)
10:30       - Breakfast
 (4 serv. of Egg Beaters Egg Whites, 1 serv. of Oatmeal)
11:00       - Supplements
 (1 serv. GNC Creatine Extreme w/ 1 Animal Pak)
1:30        - Lunch
 (South Beach Frozen Dinner)
3:00        - Hot Rox (Diet Pill)
4:30        - Protien Shake
 (1 serv. of Whey protien Mixed in 8oz of skim milk
