Getting back on track.
Well, after some money issues and working a crap load of OT at work, I am now getting back on track. I did post a progress pic but as you can tell there has not been much change. I joined up with a few guys at the gym and am going to start doing some hardcore training with them at least three days out of the week. I just had my first session with them yesterday. Most of what they did I had already been doing, but it helped to have someone there pushing me to do that extra rep. Also, I did my first set of Drop Sets. (OMG) #$%# that hurt. I am not as sore as I thought I would be today though. That could also be due to my new Diet. I will post this soon. I will also be posting my stats in the next couple days to. Things are looking good. All I have to do is press-on.
