Well, after 2 months of training I am starting to see a real difference. I couldn’t see it by just looking in a mirror, but when I posted my monthly progress I could definitely see the difference between the pictures. I have been struggling to keep training. Sticking to the diet and working my gym training around two jobs and housework is starting to get burdensome, but when I saw the difference I have made it renewed my motivation. I also hadn’t been sticking to my cardio, but have started picking that up. I have a lot of work to do there. I plan to run at a 1 mile in 10min pace and work my way up to a solid 30 min run. Right now I can only do 6:00 solid at that pace.
