My first post
Wednesday, February 7th, 2007Here’s the deal. I want to get in shape. Currently I wear a size 38 and I weigh 215 lbs. I have tried exercising in the past and found that I stuck to it when someone was holding me accountable. My goals are to get down to a size 34 in pants, and increase my overall muscle mass while only losing 15 lbs. Also, I would like to be able to run 3 miles in under 30 min. All help and support will be appreciated. Thanks
