WOW… time to get serious….

Soooo….. I just read a profile where this woman has worked out a consecutive 365 days…  How is that seriously possible???  Wouldnt you get tired?  What if you have an extremely busy day and no sleep? What if you had a horrible break up and no energy to go anywhere? What if all the roads are iced over?!?! Well, if she can do it so can I!!!

Seriously slacking..

I have been working out for 5 days a week at the least for the past 3 months and Ive been slacking off on diet and my regular workout days here lately.  Sometimes I can’t find the energy to go one day and it messes up my schedual for the rest of the week.  As far as cheat meals go… lately they have been turning into cheat days, then cheat weekends, and before you know it I’m having a freakin cheat week!! Usually I take BCAA’S, lipo 6,l-carnitine, and l-glutamine but LATELY I dont take any of them because I forget and it’s hard to find the right time to take them when you have to take them either 30 mins before a meal, 30 mins after,  or right in between.

TIME TO GET RIGHT

OK… Im seriously going to try to find time to workout EVERYDAY for the next year. Impossible? I think not…  even If my workout only consist of a short jog and some crunches it will be done everyday! Nothing is impossible…sky is the limit and im not one to short myself when it comes to achieving goals! I WILL take my pills everyday, drink my GALLON of water, eat clean, and work my butt off CONSISTANTLY for the next year! Geez I am so ready to start competing it’s insane! Look for me on stage in the next few months I will be the one holding the huge trophy!! =]

I admire your determination. Hope you can achieve your goals but be careful not to overtrain. Also, sometimes when you are sick for instance, I believe it is better not to train so you can recover.
Having said that, I think it would be awesome if you could achieve 365 consecutive days of training. Good luck! :)

Hey! I know exactly how you feel. I went through the same thing when I went through my divorce. The key is to just push yourself through it. You just have to understand, that some days your just going to feel like shit and not want to go to the gym, but thats when you have to get focused and say to yourself what do you really want? You need to set up a schedule that fits you as well as your life around it… Good Luck!!!

Carol, While I do admire your enthusiasm, everything I have read and endured tells me that working out every day is not in your best interests. You look young, which is a positive, but every body needs time to heal as heavy workouts break down muscle which then rebuilds. Also, working out every day for most people will either wear you out when combined with everyday life or make you sick of it or both. That said, keep your goal in sight, don’t give up, don’t get down on yourself for minor setbacks, get back on that bike and ride. Aaron

Thanks everyone for your comments and concerns. Although I do plan to work out everyday …I plan to have 5 days of intense workouts and 2 days of low intensity workouts such as yoga and what not..Hopefully I wont wear out as bad on that…what do ya think?

Hey! Sounds just like my latest post! Well good luck to ya honey. With that attitude you can’t fail. Remember you’re only human though don’t beat yourself up! :)

You sound very motivated so as long as you mix it up with some swimming and other workouts it can be done.
