I think that you have a point there. Overeating does tend to relate to the unhealthy foods. Eating too much of anything is a bad thing though. Even too many healthy foods can put on weight, because putting it simply, if you eat more than you are burning it will be stored, and so I guess from that it doesn't really matter what foods you consume. But if you 'overeat' on foods which are healthier they are best foods to do eat more of, not only because of the better nutrients it provides you but that generally, these foods have fewer fats which can be stored if you do eat more than you are burning. So an extra banana will not pack on as much fat as an extra hamburger.
Secondly, if you are actually hungry and needed a second sandwich then this is fine, bu just take a look and see if it becomes a habit and if so you may need the calories, depending on if you are cutting or not you can very your diet. But if your goal is to build muscle then you will need the extra protein and calories.

P.S. I just nailed 4 bowls of cereal and last night I had 3, and have almost finished a huge box and 2 litres of milk. Its about adjustment and knowing when you are full or not!!! Don't worry about it.

I don't understand the point of it. You're not doing anything good for your body at all. There's my opinion on it :)

I don't really agree with fasting...I just work too hard in the gym to allow my body to starve of what it needs in order to function properly. And the thought of losing my hard-earned muscle....couldn't let that happen.

I don't fast. But if you eat healthy all the time you won't need to detoxify IMO. Let me know how it works out for you.

It sounds normal to dress up as a super hero when you have the proper body. It's the theater of the mind.
