I just realized something this morning. Bodybuilding is an epic way of thinking and living. In order to be successful in it, you have think beyond what the world shows you can do.
"Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us." - Ephesians 3:20.

This weekend, I bought some BSN N.O. Xplode, Cellmass, and Isopure Whey Isolate.
I bought these to help build more muscle and I noticed some things. This morning, when I took N.O Xplode for the first time, I noticed that, besides the bitter taste (like all good medicine, the worse it tastes, the better it works), that I was really mentally alert and focused. It was like having a lot of coffee, but without all the jitters and nasty looking teeth.
I am going to do this stack for a bit and see what happens.
If you use any of these products, what is your experience with them?

My roomate is currectly fasting in order to lose weight and detoxify his body.
He has been at it for a week now and he feels much better.
I am currently doing it right now for today, but I may go a couple more days.
We are only drinking water.
What do most of you think of fasting?

I just started working out again a couple of weeks ago.
This time, I make every rep count and do the form properly.
Now I am seeing some real results, especially in the chest and abs.
I did arm workouts and at the gym for the first time last Saturday and the next morning, felt really sore.
They are now healed up.
Hopefully, within a couple of weeks, I will be posting pics on this profile.
Be prepared to be shocked!

I have been browsing on Bodyspace and have noticed a lot of people dressing up as super heroes, especially women.
This got me thinking that years ago, I was a geek who used to go to sci-fi fantasy and anime conventions and noticed some girls, some of them had great bodies, dressed up as skimpy dressed super heroes.
(Not that I didn’t mind
Now I see what look to be extremly fit men and women dressing up as heroes as well.
(Not that I don’t mind
I guess bodybuilding and comic fandom go more hand-in-hand than I thought it did.

For lunch today, instead of just one all natural peanut butter ans strawberries on whole whet bread sandwhich, I had another one.
This got me thinking about how people usually eat too much because they are bored.
But the overeating I usually hear about is of junk food.
Does anyone feel that overeating healthy food is as bad as overeating junk?

One painful fact I have learned about recovery from Hernia’s is that I should not get too excited.
Getting excited cause the area of surgery to flare up and cause a bit of pain.
Now I understand why the doctors say take it easy.

Well, this is my first entry into this blog.
The reason I started this blog is so I can express my thoughts and experiences as an autistic who likes bodybuilding.
Funny thing is, right now, I have just had hernia repair surgery on two hernias on Friday. So I will not be able to weight train for a while. I will say this, it can be painful just to stand up at first, though I have been given pain medication. Something like this makes me realize how much I have taken for granted, such as walking. In a way, I am working out, on standing and moving around.
I got these hernias from trying too hard at the gym: trying to do circut training at the heaviest possible weight too quickly. Once my doctor okays me, I will be back in the gym, but this time, I will take my time. I will not worry about getting too much muscle gain, too fast.
I hope I can get some great support here on bodybuilding.com.
Thank You and God Bless.
