Hey...I feel you. I am always yo-yo-ing from killer shape to well, now. I am serious when I say....it is ok. YOu have a child and a family....that;s not an excuse, but it can make it difficult to stay on track. Give yourself a break....look deeper for the REAL issue...pick up your pieces, and DRIVE ON! You will be fine.. Besides, you are completely adorable! I am going to send you an invite to a Body Group that might help...it's called Break the Habit. Good Luck!

Make your food ahead of time. Use a food scale. There is a lot of foods you can eat and lose weight. Food timing is also important. i thought I sent you some stuff PM?

the reason that protein drinks are not too good is this. Protein drinks do not stimulate the metabolism like real food, which is why we use it as a snack and not an actual food, unless we are preparing for a show. So using protein drinks to replace more than two meals a day will mean that you will be slowing down you metabolism, since protein drinks are already broken down protein. The same thing with protein bars. They are designed to break down quickly in your stomach, so the stomach doesn't have to work hard to break down the bar. Another slow down of metabolism. Plus, bars and protein drinks, depending on which company and who makes it, can have alot of extra calories that you don't need in your diet- sugar and bad fats.

Hope this helps

I agree. Don't beat yourself up about it. Just jump back on the horse and keep on riding. I know how much of a struggle it is at times, with keeping with your dietary routine, but its life and things happen and sometimes, we just want what we want. I eat pretty clean and even i have to tell myself stop eating. You would think that you couldn't over eat on Veggies and meat, but i tell you, yes you can. that is my struggle that i fight every day.

You will be ok. You are well motivated and you know what you have to do. And if anything, remember this- we fall into that minority of people that are overly critical of ourselves. We are not normal .... and wouldn't want to be either. That is why we stand out. Ok, keep up the great work- summer is coming.

Don't beat yourself up... it happens to a lot of us. Something happens and it is soooo easy to fall back into bad habits! You are much quicker on getting back on track than I was. It took me almost two years to realize that I needed to get my butt back in gear and start eating healthy and working out.

Good for you and keep up the great work!
