Hey…I feel you. I am always yo-yo-ing from killer shape to well, now. I am serious when I say….it is ok. YOu have a child and a family….that;s not an excuse, but it can make it difficult to stay on track. Give yourself a break….look deeper for the REAL issue…pick up your pieces, and DRIVE ON! You will be fine.. Besides, you are completely adorable! I am going to send you an invite to a Body Group that might help…it’s called Break the Habit. Good Luck!
