when you have a body like mine that can be the black version of the "Michelin man" ( in other words the endomorphic type), sometimes is difficult to accept that changes will come slowly.
It’s incredible how fast one can put pounds of fat in our body and how difficult is to get rid of them. Now don’t get me wrong I’m seen changes, but sometimes you wish the changes would come a little faster. Even in my field is difficult to accept and evaluate how fast you can accumulate fat when you eat like if you had a bottomless pit in your body, and how much work is needed to shed 2 pounds a week

Burning off 3500 calories is no easy task, so even 1-2 lbs per week takes discipline. That’s way it’s so important to incorporate BOTH weight lifting and cardio, along with proper eating. And, we are all so impatient for results. Especially in today’s culture of instant gratification.
Look at this as a LONG-TERM project. For a lifetime……We don’t get out of shape & overweight overnight, and it’s same with getting fit.
Good luck!
