Saturday so sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so good. My legs are so dead but it’s a good feeling. I hate squats. I hate them so much. I found some new definition in my quads after my workout. I’m doing cardio 5 days a week M-F. I’m glad I’m not doing it today. Tomorrow, I will be compounding my shoulder workout into my back and bi day. With the double shot of nanoVapor it’s a different level of intense at the gym. The pump is great. It almost makes me freak out. My hands will twitch and my body goes into this hyperactive state. Anyways, here it is(for the past 2 workouts since I forgot to post last time):
Squat on Smith Machine          135           155       Â
  135 (**** me)
Flat Back Quad Press              200          200          200

I weighed myself last night before I started drinking (I couldn’t resist) and the result was 238pounds on the scale. Of course with my clothes on, etc. This served as a huge disappointment but will give me drive to work harder.

My shoulders day went well. I really feel the burn. I didn’t take nanaVapor before this workout since I was only working one muscle group. All in all a good day with a great burn out set of front plate raises. Side dumbbell raises proved very hard after all the fronts. Heres the weights:
Dumbbell Shoulder Press        40×10      40×8      40×6      30×3
Front Plate Raise                  45    35    25    10’s    x3 sets woooohooooo!
Side Dumbbell Raises            5         5            5      (i know i’m a bitch)

This mornings workout went fairly according to plan. I had a suprisingly easy time with lat pull downs today. Once I do the pull downs, the seated row becomes difficult to even get my shoulder blades to a quality back position. I still got a good lift in. 5 min warm up/cool down with no core. Cardio later on. Core maybe depending on energy and whether I can sleep or not tonight. Here are the weights:
Lat Pull Down            60         80         80with60 last 3 reps      40
Close Grip Machine Row        90         50         50         25
Olympic Bar Bicep Curl           45         50         55         45
21 Bicep Curls                   Â
   35         25         15
Brachial Incline Curl                 10         10         10      5’s

Today was OK. Screw squats. My quads are freakin WEAK. Oh well. Something to work out. On a positive note, my 3 20 minute cardio session went very well. I am very pleased with my cardio progress. I woke up this morning feeling way better than normal. I will never take the wally world whey protein again. It upset my stomach enough to shun it forever. I guess its true you get what you pay for. Here’s the weights:
Squat on Smith Machine         135      135      135    (disappointed in myself but my quads are my weak point)
Flat Back Quad Press             200       200      200
Leg Curl                   Â
           50        50      60      35 *burnout
Calf Extension                 Â
    200         200         200

I think this Monday will set a good tone for the rest of the week. I was able to complete 3 20 minute bike sessions with little difficulty. So sick. I am having a problem though. I’m not sure if it is the supplements I’m taking or just the pounds of fat coming off me but it sucks. It’s OK though.
Emotional ups and downs are happening.

Going back to do 3 20 min cardio sessions while Devin does his leg workout. Took 5000mg CLA 5/3 the normal dosage today since I’m hitting the cardio so hard. I will continue this.

I write this very quickly and do not care about and spelling or grammar mistakes.
Today is a good day. I woke up late at 10am to hit the gym. My creatine loading phase is almost complete. I don’t think I messed up the loading phase, but I could have done it better. Today was my first workout in a week without nanoVapor. I wanted to get a heavy lifting session in to see if I could still perform on an almost equal level. It was certainly less intense of a session but I got a good chest/tricep/trap day in.
I did a longer than normal cool down. My original intention was to 20 minute cardio session after but I couldn’t.  When I do my workouts I sweat a lot. When I ride the bike (which is my fav cause of low impact) I will usually wear a sweatshirt unless I’m just warming up.
Weights today:
Incline Dumbbell Press    45’s     50’s      50’s        30’s        20’s      BURNED!
Bent Upper Cable Fly    40     50      50    Should have done more but chest was ripped apart
Skull Crusher               25      35         35      15         Low weight I know but I try to concentrate on the motion
Triceps Extensions         80      80         60      60         CHYEA
Shrugs                 135      205      205      135(Clinched 3 times to burn)
(My shrug sets are super setted with dumbbell shrug holds)Â Â Â 65Â Â Â Â Â Â 50Â Â Â Â Â Â 50
Devin (my personal trainer) is coming at 5pm to do legs. I might wait on legs till tomorrow if I don’t feel rested enough. I think I will go with him to the gym and try and get some cardio sessions in.
Good day. Still have to do core.
