so i started taking the n0 extreme a few days ago, and really hasn’t had that much of an affect on me :\ Has anyone taken this before? Do you think I should take 2 packets instead of 1? It says to take 2 for an "Advanced Dosage". It just made me feel a little energetic like 5 mins after I took it and then not much else. It makes me tired through out the day.. like I’m exhausted by 8 pm and I get super tired after like 20 mins of cardio when I can usually do 30 or more. Do you guys think I should just stick with my redline? I mean it works pretty well for me - gives me a great pump, only problem is halfway threw my workout I feel like I’m gonna vom all over the place.

So tomorrow I’m gonna start taking c.ellucor n0 extreme for the next 8 weeks and see how that goes! I’ve only heard really good things about all their products so I’m hoping it’ll help

Does anyone know what type of workouts I should do to get bigger biceps? My PROBLEM is, well I’m right handed so my right arm is fine but my left bicep has like NO muscle defination whatsoever! No matter what I do it doesn’t seem to change…….any ideas anyone?

So I’ve really kicked up my workouts the past week and have started doing heavier weights, which I’m VERY happy about!
But does anyone have any good workouts to trim down my waist? It’s currently 30 inches and I want it to be 26..

so i started taking hydroxycut caffiene free 2 days ago. Gonna take it for a month and see how that goes… SO far i’m liking it, it really supresses my appetite.

WOW I’ve finally started cooking for myself. Which I’ve only done about like…3 times and I’m 20! lol.. had 1 skinless chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice and 1 cup of mixed veggies and it really wasn’t hard at all to cook.. That made me realize how LAZY I have been!! Well now I’m gonna kick my ass into shape…yeeaaaahhh!

So yep I’ve definately failed on my entire diet/work out plan. Haven only worked out like one or twice in the past 2 weeks……ate horribley like EVERYDAY. So tomorrow I’m starting over.. DAY 1 all over again… ugh I’m so disappointed. I’m gunna be consisent for 21 days…and then I THINK I’ll be able to maintain this lifestyle and reach my weight loss goal soon… wish me luck!!!!!!

Does anyone have any suggestions on a fat burner I should try? It has got to be a stimulant free one though.. so if you’ve tried any that have worked for you let me know! I’ve tried lipo 6x before and a few others that i don’t remember at the moment.. but they all had tons of caffiene and stimulatns and they made me feel like CRAP! I had an erratic heart beat, was super shakey couldn’t sleep & felt like puking!!

Yup, so I guess you guys were right. WATER WEIGHT. Thank God, I was super pissed that I gained 4 pounds! Back down to 152.. now I just gotta keep working my ass off!

so i haven’t worked out in like a week and i drank twice.. which i never do. and yep i gained 4 pounds. WTF!?!!! Now I weigh 1 more pound then when I started… I’m SO ANGRY now i’m even worse then where I started out!!
