WOD–snatch, overhead squats, 400 meter runs
Well this was my first time doing this WOD and i must say it was pretty tough but i enjoyed it alot!
5 rounds for time:
95lb snactch — 3 reps
95lb overhead squat — 15 reps
400 meter run
Total — 15 snatches, 75 overhead squats and 1.25 miles
Time — 26 minutes 54 seconds.
I know my time could be alot fastet but im still trying to fight off this virus that i have had for 2 weeks now!!
