3 WODS TODAY!!! I AM TOASTED!!!
Monday, August 31st, 2009Well since i was out of town this weekend and since I am going camping this weekend i have to triple up my workouts!
I started out with 5 sets of 3 reps of overhead squats trying to get to your heaviest weight, it looked like this:
95 lbs, 110 lbs, 135 lbs, 150 lbs, 160 lbs
The second WOD was 7 sets of 1 rep weighted pullups:
45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 80
Now that last pull up took all i had!
The last but not least WOD for the day was for time complete:
5 rounds
95lb power snatches–15 reps
400meter funs
a total of 1 1/4 mile run with 75 power snatches with 95lbs, my time was 19:11…a little slow but i did do 2 WODS before!
