BARBARA

Well today i decided to do Barbara, thats the name of the wod. Which consist of 5 rounds each for time with a 3 minute break in between each round. So each round is 20 pullups, 30 pushups, 40 situps and 50 squats. It was pretty draining. My times are as follows:

Rnd 1–2:32, Rnd 2–2:54, Rnd 3–3:10, Rnd 4–3:24, Rnd 5–3:22 which totals 700 reps in just a little over 15 minutes w/out rests and around 27 with rests.

DOUBLE WOD!

Well today i decided to do 2 workouts….bad idea, my legs are done! The first workout was 400m run 50 squats for 4 rounds for time which ended up being 12:37..kinda slow but it was still a good one…The second workout was all for time to but i forgot to start my watch, anyways heres the workout: row 500m, 25 pullups, 20 kettlebell swings w/55lbs, 15 overhead squats w/65lbs, 10 burpees, 400m run, 10 burpees, 15 overhead squats, 20 kettlebell swings, 25 pullups and 500m row!!! I am toasted!!! what a workout!

Grueling

Well today was a rest day for crossfit so i tried one of their quallifying workouts and let me tell you it was rough! It was reps of 21,15,9 of 275lbs deadlifts, pullups. so the first round is 21 reps of 275 deadlifts and pullups and so forth. all of this is for time, i ended up with 10min flat. I dont know how well that would have held up at a crossfit game but i gave all i got and let me tell you i was drained after that!

Thats what todays wod was. You have 20 minutes to do as many rounds as possible of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 body weight squats (all of that is one round). I ended up with 30 rounds which ended up being 150 pull ups, 300 push ups and 450 squats! Talk about whole body drained! Is anyone else out there a crossfit enthusiast?
