BARBARA
Thursday, May 28th, 2009Well today i decided to do Barbara, thats the name of the wod. Which consist of 5 rounds each for time with a 3 minute break in between each round. So each round is 20 pullups, 30 pushups, 40 situps and 50 squats. It was pretty draining. My times are as follows:
Rnd 1–2:32, Rnd 2–2:54, Rnd 3–3:10, Rnd 4–3:24, Rnd 5–3:22 which totals 700 reps in just a little over 15 minutes w/out rests and around 27 with rests.
