What a WOD!

If you don’t speak Crossfit, you may have a little trouble understanding this WOD but its too long to write out.

25 walking lunges

20 pull ups

50 BJ @ 24 inches

20 DU

25 ring dips

20 KTE

30 KB swings with 2 pood bell

30 sit ups

20 HC with 35#

25 BE

30 WB shots with 20# ball

3 rope climbs
