Cindy and running
Yesterday was a rest day for CF but I have to work today so I pulled one of my favorite WOD’s from the CF stash. I did Cindy which is 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. This morning I went to the home page and see the WOD is FGB….I’m so jealous!! Yesterday evening I ran at the track (boring) but it was only 3 miles so I stuck it out. I ran 20 sets of bleachers after. I think I’ve settled on doing 5K’s for awhile, I’ve got 3 lined up over the next couple of months and then see where I want to go from there. So I printed off another 16 week training plan for maintennce this time. Happy New Year and be safe out there tonight!!!

Im very jealous. Your light cardio days are heavy hitters for me…..obviously thats why you look the way you do!

Hey - running the track has the TM beat all to pieces, if ya wanna talk "boring."
Enjoy your evening - if you’re not too tuckered out to celebrate. Just don’t wake me up with those firecrackers at midnight. I get kinda cranky. Rotten "kids."
