Crossfit WOD

I made up a WOD that I missed last week and chose to do Cindy. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats. I got 14 rounds with some of the pull ups being assisted with my chair contraption. I’m hoping for a really good leg work out tomorrow!!!!! Or I may try Stormi’s gluteus maximus if the WOD isn’t leg focused. I feel like I’ve missed out on some heavy leg action with all the running.

You’ll be sorrrrrrrrrrry! :) 3 days post leg workout and I still feel like I’ve been worked over with a baseball bat! At least it’s gettin’ better - I was able to pick up the newspaper from the sidewalk without wincing - much - this morning.

Try to be extry good today and tomorrow. I hear Santa’s kinda on the fence about whether or not you’ve been nicer than you’ve been naughty, so it can’t hurt your case to do a little extra "nice." Merry Christmas, kiddo!

Last two posts you’;ve been all over two things I have been meaning to work into my routine and have been procrastinating: A 5K race and Crossfit training. Great job on the race; did you train on a treadmill or outdoors? How will my 40 yr old knees handle training for a 5K?

Mostly outdoors, TM are really boring. You definitely try CF and a 5k!
