Yesterday’s work out

1st Tri-set=2O thrusters with 25# BB/20 box jumps on 24" box/20 deadlifts with 45# BB

Rest about 1 minute and repeat for a total of 4.

2nd Tri-set=2O walking lunges with overhead BB press/running step-ups on 24" box/20 front squats with 2O# BB.

Rest for 1 minute and repeat for a total of 4.

EAT!!
