10 under-hand pullups/10 dips/10 presses/10 pushups
9 under-hand pullups/9 dips/9 presses/9 pushups
8 under-hand pullups/8 dips/8 presses/8 pushups
7 under-hand pullups/7 dips/7 presses/7 pushups
You guessed it!! 6/6/6/6 and so on until I got to….
1 under-hand pullup/1 dip/1 press/1 pushup
Total work out was done in 20:00 with about 1 minute rest in between 10-9-8-7-6 then 30 sec. in between 5-4-3- and no rest from 3-2-1. My weight lifting and cardio are done in 20 minutes and my arms feel SO HEAVY!!!
