Got beat up at the car wash!!!!!

I went to the gym Saturday afternoon to do back and work on my pull up goal. I did about 30 assisted pull ups followed by 4 sets of lat pull downs then did BB bent over rows and cable press downs and finished up with DB rows. I also did my abs in between with weighted V-ups and planks. Then I went to the car wash to clean up my ride. Everything was going smoothly until the top of the hose sprung a leak and the release of pressure jerked the wand out of my hand. The spray of water caused the arm to start spinning in circles hitting my car in several places and grazing my head and shoulder. If I hadn’t seen it coming in my peripheral vision it probably would have really conked me but my ninja-like quickness saved me again. (: I got to the off button but not before the back window got busted and it got 3 dents. Everything worked out though, the window stayed intact due to the tinting and the owner of the car wash is going to pay for everything. He’s lucky I didn’t get a case of whipcash!!!! (: I was really pleased that there were alot of people there to watch because I’m sure it was pretty funny. Frogprincess72 and I are waiting for the video to come out on You Tube. Any way today I’ll do legs in the gym.

Workouts

Thursday I went to the gym and did arms. BB cable curls, cable V bar press down, 21′S with a BB, dips with a plate on my lap, hammers and kick backs. Later that evening I went to the track with a girl friend so my mastoid got more of a work out than any other muscle. (:

Friday I went in and did shoulders and chest. DB seated press, incline DB chest press, BB upright rows, pec-dec, lateral raises with a DB and cable flyes for the chest.

I will more than likely go into today and work on some pull ups!!!!!!
