Back/abs
Monday, November 5th, 2007I used the new workout tracker successfully today. It is going to take some getting used to. I did pull ups today using my little chair trick and I can tell that I am getting stronger. I can do 1 pull up on my own, that sounds so pathetic!! But I think I could do more than that if I really thought that I could. I think my mind is defeating me before I ever touch the bar!! I also did DB pull overs which wasn’t listed in the tracker, at least I think that is what they’re called. You lay your back on a bench with your legs bent, hold a DB in both hands and bring it over your head to about chest level???? Also did cable press downs???? And abs in between each back exercise on the ball with a 10# weight overhead. These are getting easy so I guess I need to go up to 15# plate or something. I rode my spinning bike this morning while I watched the doom and gloom on Good Morning America. Which got me to wondering, What’s so good about it? Fires, wrecks, Pakistan and Angelina Jolie??? I’m going to have a great day regardless and I hope you all do too!!!
