I ate a hamburger
Saturday, October 6th, 2007Normally, I’m not so excited about eating and especially eating a Mcdonalds cheese burger, but after 3 days of drinking protien shakes and eating ice cream that burger was so awesome. I got a full set of braces and have a palette expander on the top so eating has been very difficult. I was craving some real, hot food so bad!!! After the footbal game last night we went through the drive through at McDonalds and I actually ate a burger.
I did arms at the gym yesterday. 21’s with a 25# BB, and they felt kind of easy. I don’t think my gym has a 30# BB so next week I may go up to 35# and do 15’s or something like that. I did dips with a 8# weight ball on my lap; these too are getting easier. For my next exercises I did cable curls with the cumbered bar (Is that the correct name??) 50, 60, 60, 70# and V bar cable press downs for tri’s 70, 70, 80, 90. I wrapped it up with spider curls (turned around backwards on the roman chair with arms hanging down) with a 25# BB and 2 handed overhead DB presses with 30#. I did 4 sets of each exercise and did the last set to failure on the last 2 exercises. In between sets I did ball crunches holding an 8# medicine ball and did front and side planks.
This morning I rode bikes with my girlfriend, Christy. We did a little road that she and her husband have nicknamed, King Ralph. It was a really steep long climb and I had to push some but it was some good cardio, I think she said 4-5 miles. It was alot of fun though! I may got to the gym this afternoon.
