Pounds lost in 2007: 12.13
Inches lost in 2007:
waist: lost 1.5 inches

I have started playing tennis during summer, i have hiked to a waterfall and didn’t huff and puff after the one hour climb, i have visited Budapest and adored it!

Did 24 min on the stepper today and burned 260 cal

I tried whole wheat pasta today for the first time. Made some sauce wt chicken breast, carrots and onions and tomato paste…let’s see what hubby has to say abt it
hehe
i’m hoping Santa would bring me a heart rate monitor b/c i think something is not right wt my calculations right now….my weight is going up and down and so are my measurements…hmmm i’m glad though to stick to 125-126 lbs but i badly need to get down to 115-119 cal

Yup, I managed to keep up wt my workout schedule.
So far i burned 2043 cal from stepper in December. I’m past my goal of 2000 cal for the month but i have changed my weekly goal for this week to 1500 cal so i’m still pushing
i’m glad to be at 56.7 kg/125 lbs right now..if i can stick to this until Epiphany i’ll be very very happy!:)

Really nice reward on the first day of Dec: 56.1 kg/123.7 lbs
I really managed to get to my b-day goal and pass beyond it:) Hehe
now to actually manage to lose more and not hop back where i was…cause that’s what i’ve been doing since mid-August

Finally worked out again on the stepper: 10 min and 107 cal.
Not much but i noticed something: my thighs don’t rub together anymore when i work out! WOoHoo
