My weight is UP again but…

*lost inches from my thighs! I now measure 19.5 inches
* my BF is 19.1%, which means i’m pretty much the same and winter hasn’t affected me!:) YEY

…or I should be cause right now i’m STUCK!

ugh seems like working full time and dealing wt school really put my workouts on hold. I’ll be glad when the school thing is done -March 14 or 15, thanks God! :)

weather has been great but i have to work so my activities are rather limited.

i’ll be back after i defend my dissertation to set new goals and have fun.

In April we are going to Budapest and in August to Greece. i HAVE to look good!:)

…so far hasn’t been too good in terms of exercise and weight…

somehow between working full time, writing my dissertation and trying to keep a house sane, i ended up gaining 2-3 lbs…boohooo

BUT i did finish my dissertation so i just need to turn it in…

and as soon as i’m done wt its presentation in mid-March I can go back to working out more. meantime i try to do my best ref nutrition

…can you say PLATEAU?! cause i sure can! i’ve been at this weight for a month!

but i did lose 1.1 kg/ 2.2 lbs in January which is great.
