my motivation to go out and walk/job is null. i’m hoping to be able to play tennis indoors soon at my fav health center but most likely that would happen after the holidays.
finals are near so i really don’t find time to work out indoors either. my stepper and dumbbells haveĀ been collecting dust for the past month and i need to get my butt in gear!
my weight is playing tricks on me…TOM is to blame for it of course…bllleeahhh but oh well, the joys of being a woman, right? i’m staying around 124-125 lbs but 119 lbs look like anĀ unachievable number why is it so hard to lose the last 5-6 lbs? i’m sticking to 1200 cal/day considering that i don’t work out that much…but i can’t seem to break 124 lbs
I know it’s not a good idea to find reasons but…oh well, work, school, life..and never seemed to find time to do any workout, except walks and the workout you can’t really log [blush]
Anyway, today i managed to do some ST after writing an article. Now, after taking a 10 min break, i’m back working…joys of a writer;) but, hey, I LOVE my job!
