yet another goal change…

I’ve been around 126.8 lbs since Aug 18 (when i hit the weight first time). I’ve been at my lowest of 125.4 or high at 128.3 …I’m sick!

So….of course, i’m changing my goal…again…
CW: 126.8 lbs -57.5 kg
GW: 116.8 lbs -53 kg
Loss/week: 0.5 lbs-0.25 kg
Goal Date: Dec 31, 2007

Needless to say that being sick (a darn cold) meant i didn’t reach my cardio goal last week either…725 / 1000 ugh
of course i still plan for 1000 cal burnt via cardio next week. and my above plan is based on those numbers.

I need to take new photos today or tomorrow although the vacation photos are pretty much around this weight (ok ok almost 2 lbs more LOL).

I didn’t "perform" how i wanted to. I had a lot of days when i slip up, when i didn’t work out, …you all know the drill!
But looking back, i  had a lot of weight and inches and i’m darn proud of myself!

I recently started another 90 days transformation plan. Hope to do better. Even 6 lbs and a lot of inches are good though.

Unfortunately I’m still a bit sick. I talked to my doctor and she said  i should drink hot tea with lemon and honey and i should be fine…let’s hope so!

oh noooo sneezing and feeling BLAH

it’s been 19°C / 66°F in Arad for some days and i hate it!!!! not to mention, i’m sneezing and feel crappy….so i’m taking a rest day even though i know very well i didn’t work out too much anyway…but i prefer to stay rather than hurt myself or catch a horrible cold…

I HATE COLD! I HATE FALL/WINTER!

MinistepperI planned on doing more but someone rang at the door…so only 12 min on the stepper and 117 cal burnt for me today. I also managed to take a 30 min walk. But still frustrated with my lack of progress during the last 3 weeks :(
