New Lowest Weight: 56.1 kg or 123.7 lbs

As i continue to lose weight i hit a new lowest weight ever in my life! Today i weighed in at 56.1 kg or 123.7 lbs:)

My goal is 123 lbs by Nov 4 - 1st wedding anniv - and 120 lbs by Dec 5 -my 27th birthday!:) By the looks of it i might get to the goals little faster:)

Yesterday  I walked for 1 hr -pretty fast pace and covered abt 4-5 miles –don’t have a pedometer but I know very well the route.

Finally i’m 5 lbs from my first major goal of 119 lbs!! Yey

I plan to get to 123 lbs by Nov 4 (our 1st yr wedding anniv) but if all things go well i might get even lower by then :) TeeHee:))

me from behind 126.1 lbs /57.2 kgI finally managed to take some photos that are not from front LOL I made DH take some:) I really wanted to see why he likes my butt LOL:)) kiddin’

anyway, i’m really pleased wt my progress, although i do have some clothes that don’t fit me right. and that’s b/c i have small hips and i need to wear low-rise jeans /trousers otherwise i look horrible…and those trousers i have on are a good example of a terrible choice LOL

As you notice the BF is calculated on 2 different websites. of course there is debate around this method of calculating the BF but i’ve been using the same sites for a while so there is constancy. So, overall, i’ve lost both inches and body fat and i’m very happy:)
