New Exercise Program
DH just
downloaded for me some workouts so i’m going to look to create an exercise program for my abs (of course, combined with cardio and nutrition). Since i don’t eat simple carbs anyway, i’ll try to limit the starches -which i don’t eat often either…and drink more water.
I’m glad to stick to 126.3-127 lbs without even trying but i realized that i’m not eating enough-AGAIN! That has always been a problem of mine since i eat when hungry. So i will have to add some snacks to get me over 1200 cal/day.
