super day

was out of the office today and worked o the ranch. felt good being outside doing manual work. eded up in te gym tonight for a 45 minute workout. i have been doing the x-rep program and have one more week of that routine before i break for a week.

2 weeks left before my next wiegh in and photos. Leaning going ok. doing cardio everyday now and have changed rest between sets and intesity in weight room which has made a big difference getting lean.
